Should we use short names (e.g. calculator, flashlight, emoji) or should we use keyword rich names instead?

Answer by Christo Thomas Jose:

Please note that there are thousands of Apps with the same purpose, like Calculators, Flashlight etc. So, it is not easy to get the attention of the customers only via the simple name.
In order to keep your customers buzzing about your app, you should use a special feature that is only in your app along with the app name.
For eg: Your app is a Camera app which includes numerous Filters and it is Free. So, you can name it as Camera (Special Filter Name) Free.
You can add 100 keywords later in the keyword category. So, there is no need to add Keyword rich names.
Just remember, how Farmville, Skype etc are doing business. They don’t have any keywords in their App names,  but just good use of App Store Optimization.
